El Grande is made by Octave Studios in Reykjavík. If something is broken, unclear, or just annoying, write to us and a person will answer.

We answer within two business days. To help us fix it faster, include your device model, your iOS version, the app version (Settings → About), and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Common questions
- Do I need an account? No. You can start a game straight away.
- Does it need internet? Yes. Questions and answer checking run against our servers, so the game needs a connection.
- An answer was judged wrong and it was right. Mail us the topic and the exact answer. We keep a review log and fix the ones that are genuinely wrong.
- How do I delete my data? See the privacy policy, or mail us and we will handle it.
Reporting content
If a question or topic is offensive or factually wrong, mail support@octavestudios.co with a screenshot. We review every report and pull content that does not belong in the game.
